Charters:
1. Pricing and Payment: Your trip has been priced and scheduled based on the itinerary or other information you or your representative have provided. Changes in your itinerary may result in additional charges and must be approved by Custom Coach Management. A detailed itinerary is required for all trips. All parking or entrance fees are the contract group’s responsibility. Charges for additional time are billed at $50 per hour and/or any additional mileage incurred. Contract charges are based on current fuel prices. Custom Coach and Limousine reserves the right to impose a fuel surcharge in the event of an increase in fuel prices. All prices quoted are the discounted Cash or Check price. We accept Credit Cards in amounts up to $2500, after that a service fee may apply. Full payment for all trips is due 15 days before the day of your trip, unless otherwise noted. Cancellation must be made 25 days prior to departure or you will be liable for 50% of the full Charter price. Cancellations made with less than 14 days notice will be billed for the entire Charter cost.
2. Liability: Custom Coach and Limousine shall not be held liable for delays caused by an Act of God, accidents, mechanical issues, poor road conditions, weather, traffic, and/or conditions beyond the control of Custom Coach and Limousine. We do not guarantee arrival times to your destination. We recommend you do not schedule an event on the day of travel on trips over 250 miles. Custom Coach and Limousine RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE SERVICE, IF THE SAFETY OF THE DRIVER, PASSENGERS, OR THE VEHICLE BECOMES COMPROMISED. PASSENGERS DEEMED A SAFETY LIABILITY MAY BE REMOVED FROM THE VEHICLE AT ANYTIME WITHOUT LIABILITY TO CUSTOMCOACH AND LIMOUSINE. We reserve the right to substitute Motorcoach equipment from other qualified vendors should it be necessary.
3. Baggage and Personal belongings: Custom Coach and Limousine shall not be held liable for any items left on the Coach. Please remove all items after each day.
4. ADA Lift Equipped Buses: The combined weight of the passenger and mobility device cannot exceed 600 pounds. The Mobility device can be no more then 30” wide and 48 inches in height.
5. Department of Transportation Regulations: Driver regulations regarding Hours of Service are very specific. A driver can only be on duty for a certain amount of time before he/she must have at least 8 consecutive hours off. The offer of service contemplates that all drivers will be in compliance with current DOT rules. In some cases, additional drivers or driver switches may be necessary to complete your trip within the DOT regulations. At no time may there be more passengers then there are seats aboard the Coach.
6. Driver: Drivers rooms are the responsibility of the customer. Individual rooms must be booked and paid for by the Chartering group. Drivers do not share rooms. Gratuity: In most cases, Driver gratuity is not included and is customary for a job well done.
7. Cleaning fees: Any trash accumulated during your trip must be picked up and put in trash bags. Spills of any kind must be cleaned up immediately. Failure to do any of the preceding may result in a cleaning fee.
8. Indemnification: THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, BY THE LESSOR TO THE LESSEE, EXCEPT AS CONTAINED HEREIN. The parties agree that no loss of Lessee and those in Lessee’s party shall in the aggregate, exceed the full consideration of this contract, except for a loss caused by the Lessor and covered by Lessor’s insurance. In the event that Lessor shall find it necessary to hire an attorney to enforce any covenant, term, or condition of this contract, Lessee agrees to pay Lessor the reasonable attorney fees, expenses, and costs related thereto, including, but not limited to, costs of court, thereby incurred by Lessor.
Limousines:

All prices quoted are the discounted Cash or Check price. We accept Credit Cards in amounts up to $2500, after that a service fee may apply. Deposits are due 10 days from the date of booking. Wedding Limousine deposits are not refundable. Full payment for all trips are due 14 days before the day of your trip, unless otherwise noted.
2. Cancellations: Cancellation made with less then 14 days will be charged in full for the trip. Cancellation made 21 days to 15 days before the trip will be charged $100 per vehicle or 10%, whichever is greater. Trips cancelled with more than 21 days notice will be issued a full refund.
Airport Cancellations: Airport transfer cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be charged $100. If a passenger cancels with less than 24 hours notice, or fails to arrive without cancelling, the full estimated fare may be charged. There is no charge for weather related cancellations or cancelled flights as long as we are contacted.

PASSENGERS DEEMED A SAFETY LIABILITY MAY BE REMOVED FROM THE VEHICLE AT ANYTIME WITHOUT LIABILITY TO CUSTOM COACH AND LIMOUSINE. We reserve the right to substitute similar equipment from other qualified vendors should it be necessary.
