Do you have insurance on your limousines, sedans, SUVs and van?
Yes, we are fully insurance.
How far in advance should we schedule our transportation needs?
The sooner the better. For the May/June prom season it is best to inquire about transportation at least 6 months prior. Dates start to sell out by March. For weddings we also suggest at least 6 months to a year in advance. The busy wedding season can start as early as May and stay busy until the beginning of October.
Do you have wheelchair accessible vehicles?
The only vehicles we currently have that are wheelchair accessible are our full size motorcoaches.
Do you travel outside the state of Maine with your limousine, sedans, SUVs and Vans?
Yes, we will travel outside of the state of Maine with these vehicles, but longer trips may be subject to different pricing other than hourly rates, additional fees, fuel surcharges and also policies we may have for long driving hours for our drivers, such as providing a hotel room for the driver to rest before returning to Maine.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards, though a credit card is required on all bookings, even if you are not using this method to pay for your reservation.
What if I need to change the itinerary prior to the trip or cancel the trip?
Please call us as soon as you have any changes to your itinerary or need to cancel your reservation. Changes in the the itinerary may result in additional charges due to additional driving time, tolls, etc. Cancellations may be subject to cancellation fees, loss of deposit or loss of the entire cost of your reservation. Please see “Our Policies” in the “About Us/Safety” section of our website for more information.
Can I bring food, beverages or a cooler in the vehicle?
Food and drinks are permitted in the vehicles, but we do ask that you clean out any trash you accumulate in the vehicle. Our limousines and Limousine Coach have ice chests to keep your beverages cold. Coolers are permitted in the vehicles, but they must be small enough to comfortably and safely fit in the vehicle with the you and any other passengers. We ask that coolers are not put on the seats in any of the vehicles, as they can damage the upholstery.
Do your vehicles have heat and air conditioning?
Yes, all of our vehicles are fully climate controlled.
Am I under any obligation if I submit a request for a quote?
You are no obligations if you request and obtain a quote. Please also be aware that a quote does not hold a vehicle for you and does not guarantee availability at the time of booking. We will let you know our availability when you request the quote, though, to give you an idea of how soon you may want to book.
Are alcoholic beverages allowed in your vehicles?
Alcoholic beverages are only permitted in the limousines and limousine coach. Please be advised that our driver can and will check IDs if they feel it necessary. Please make sure all occupants have a valid ID if you plan to consume alcohol in our vehicles. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all of our vehicle. If a driver suspects an illegal substance is being used in the vehicle he/she will stop the vehicle and notify the authorities.
What do I need to do to book a limousine, sedan, SUV or Van?
Call or email our office and speak with one of our sale/customer service and we would be happy to assist with a quote and reservation. A valid credit card is required to book a reservation, even if you plan to pay with check or cash.
Is the chauffeur’s gratuity included in my cost or is it additional?
We generally include a 15% gratuity in the cost of your service, unless otherwise stated. You may also pay an additional gratuity to the chauffeur if you choose to by either having us add it to your cost or you may pay it directly to the chauffeur on the date of service.
